By providing us with your contact information, including e-mail address and/or telephone numbers, you give us permission for their use. We will use your contact information only for purposes relevant to your membership status, policy acquisition and coverage-related information.
Information you provide to us by filling out any of the forms appearing on our Web site, through our feedback box, or by e-mail is considered private and is limited to specific recipients and for specific uses. Information about our members, current or former, may be disclosed only as permitted or required by law. No information is maintained at this site regarding your policy and/or claims. Such information resides exclusively with the insurer and your agent.
Contact information you provide may not be forwarded to an authorized agent if you do not qualify for an insurance policy or if you do not reside in an area where our insurance partners provide coverage. In such cases, we will archive your contact information until such time that circumstances change and we are able to provide you with the insurance and membership services of The Protector Network. In all other ways, this Privacy Policy is applicable for contact information we choose not to use.
We restrict access to your member information to those employees determined to have a need to know that they may facilitate your access to products or services to you. We maintain strict physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access by third parties. The Protector Network collects browser information in relation to our public Web site visitors. This information also tracks browsing patterns and member preferences conducted in our secure member portal behind our firewall.
